At Home Solution Lenders, Inc. we strive to live up to our name by finding solutions to problems others cannot solve. We promise to do everything within our power to close what other lenders would label “impossible” deals. Through education and transparency, we work closely with each customer to develop a personalized plan to make their dream of homeownership a reality. We value our reputation of quality and efficiency and plan to continue growing our business by providing the best lending experience possible to all parties involved in every transaction.  As a business, we try to follow five simple rules:  

1.  Care About the Customer: Give the customer the service they deserve by setting and meeting expectations, keeping open communication and using the golden rule. Without them there is no us.   

2. Pay Attention to Detail: Sweat the small stuff. Keep your eye out for errors and discrepancies. One mistake could stand between putting someone in a home or wasting their time and money.   

3. Do Your Best: Understand our products and leave no stone unturned. You have the unique opportunity of working for a company that is still flexible enough to make things happen. We offer no overlays, great rates and a multitude of loan types and programs; you can almost always find a way. Exhaust any and all options before turning someone away. If you do not help them, someone else will. Be that someone.    

4. Do the Right Thing: Do what is right, not what is easy. Integrity is like oxygen, if you don’t have it, nothing else matters. Always make the ethically and morally correct decision in all aspects of life.     

5. Take Care of Yourself: Do not neglect your physical, mental, spiritual or financial well-being. Work is important, but no one on their death bed ever wished they had spent more time at work. Enjoy yourself. We began as a family run business and consider you just that, family.
