 You understand that by clicking on the I AGREE button immediately following this notice, you are providing ‘written instructions’ to Home Solution Lenders, Inc under the Fair Credit Reporting Act authorizing Home Solution Lenders, Inc to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information from Experian through the facility of BCS. You authorize Home Solution Lenders, Inc to obtain such information solely to determine your credit rating and qualification for a residential mortgage.  I/We understand that prequalification is an initial determination of whether or not I/we prequalify to apply for mortgage/credit purposes and that it is not an application or a commitment to proceed with a full application of credit.

I/We understand and agree this authorization qualifies as a written authorization and is enforceable under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("ESIGN") Pub. L. No. 106-229, 114 Stat. 464 (2000) (codified at 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.). It is understood that a copy of the data associated with this authorization shall serve as an original authorization. This authorization expires 180 days from the date of execution.

Privacy Act Notice: This information is to be used by the agency collecting it or its assignees in determining whether you qualify as a prospective mortgagor under its program. It will not be disclosed outside the agency except as required and permitted by law. You do not have to provide this information, but if you do not your application for approval as a prospective mortgagor or borrower may be delayed or rejected. The information requested in this form is authorized by Title 38, USC, Chapter 37 (if VA); by 12 USC, Section 1701 et. seq. (if HUD/FHA); by 42 USC, Section 1452b (if HUD/CPD); and Title 42 USC, 1471 et. seq., or 7 USC, 1921 et. seq. (if USDA/FHA).
